A Transcendent Journey

Dreams of an Invisible God

Sculpture

Stories from the book of Exodus have provided vital inspiration and instruction. Imagining the stories acts as a catalyst.

The “transendant” became visible, first with Moses, appearing as a flame in a bush that does not burn up.

Moses encounters an angel of the Lord in a “holy” place. As he approaches the phenomena, the voice of Yahweh calls him. The one-on-one transcendent experience overwhelms Moses. A transcendent journey beckons.

The Artist Journey cover Dec 2022

Retirement is a good friend to our communion with God. When we are alone, God is with us. The universe declares glory, beauty and transcendence.

There are some indespensable tools for the journey to the Promised Land. Moses floated in a good boat as a baby. The wilderness journey takes you to the Promised Land.

Moses saw more of God in a desert than ever he had seen in Pharaoh’s court.

AI (artificial intelligence) is a unique media. The dream-like illusions are perfect for displaying in a digital gallery. AI creates visual art from spoken words. Let that sink in.

I cherish your feedback as an artist…please! And thank you.

I invite you to view a compilation of the pieces I created in a video format.

The Eleven Day Journey

The Artist Journey
Bright lights stand out against the approaching darkness. It is cold in the desert, the air has been refreshed by recent winter rains. My sense of seclusion inspires thoughts about preperation for one’s next journey.
I created the cover of The Artists Journey using several AI programs that bring into existence my thoughts as images. Specific filters and artistic editing made these dream-like imaginary landscapes.Photos of my sculpture, with its unique spectrum of color and light, become the background and subject of my new work for 2023.

The Digital Image below is my meta gallery to display my work. The first piece on the wall uses the words: Burning Bush. The second one uses: Jesus Feeds 5,000

The third piece on the wall uses the words: Exodus-Journey to the Promised LandOn the opposite wall, paper airplanes fly to and from the Promised Land. A collaboration of ideas with Sandra..
Art Gallery Wall.
